What has Jesus done in my life?
Before I was two my dad took his last breath
was it God's fault should I blame Him for the death?
Painful memories to much to cope
a bottomless pit without any hope
Childhood days the worst of my life
bullied at school sick of all the strife
started to starve myself then weighed six stones
at age fourteen I was skin and bones
I was so depressed I cried and cried
didn't care how I dressed didn't care if I died
never had friends in whom I could confide
they just wanted to fight I just wanted to hide.
Two suicide atempts in the A and E
why's this stuff happening too me
Under three doctors and a counsellor
why I am having a bad life for
went to St. Lukes a special school
my teacher there was mean and cruel
but God was my light in my hellish pain
and thanks to Jesus my lifes not the same
and bad things happen and good things too
and I've got Jesus and so can you
2 Corinthians 5:17
my sin is forgiven through grace I'm clean
forgiven is my sin and I've forgiven others
I feel the love of my sisters and brothers
what ya gonna do what ya gonna say to follow Jesus or go ya own way (x2)
time is short time has gone
wished ya praised Him all along
ya had a chance ya didn't take
religion dont work dont be fake
God knows ya heart and he knows ya past
forget the world cause it dont last
just call out His name and say a prayer
'cause unlike superman God's always there
a Christian and I rap I just wanna praise thee
eternally thankful that Jesus Christ saved me
